Sure there is, when the name is NANA! Who wants a Cat4 monster named Nana bearing down on the Carribbean? This name in particular (generally a term of endearment for grandmamas) ought to be striken from the list until some more common female N storms get retired. I believe Nana was named just to make room for Omar.
