OMG - that is, I swear to God, enough to make me RUN to the kitchen, to munch on a carrot!!!!

We eat bacon only twice a year.

LOL!

Yes I'm leary of it......but of course my brother has a pace maker and our dad died from a combo of colon cancer and heart disease. His heart gave out but the cancer was Stage IV and spread all over.

Our dad ate diner food - for decades!

Okay, I really, really need to find that carrot or banana right now.....he he

Thanks for the image of what not to eat today!!!!

I love me some bacon and cheese but I don't know about together?
Never tried it and probably shouldn't because I might like it. :P
The weaved bacon in the oven is a good ider tho, and yes maybe wrap
some eggs inside instead, slice and serve on a bagel or toast.
