CHS Radar reveals the LLC is moving still NNW. Visible Satellite imagery reveals the LLC on the SW edge of the little band west (just about due of the FL/GA border)

SF

Anyway, what a surprise to come home and find Tropical Depression #7 breathing down the SC/GA coastline ... :o

Tell me about it ... another .54" of an inch of rain, and if any significant precipitation develops, well another 2"-4" could be likely in my general vicinity ... after already receiving 3" from the strong Eastern trough .. (yesterday, I picked up 1.45", and the day before - 0.87")

With the current steering currents, this possible NNE movement (at a slower forward speed) is logical.

The possibility of the system slowing down or even stalling apparently means with the current setup of systems around the tropical depression, it must have happened before.

Could this potentially ride the coast?
