Should they delay the Digital TV transition?

I was watching lost on the local ABC affiliate channel WFTS and there was a banner going across the bottom of the screen stating that WFTS had reduced their analog signal. They suggested that anyone experiencing problems with snow should purchase an analog to digital converter box. It has begun!
