Should they delay the Digital TV transition?

From what I read is that the government ran out of coupons and did not get them to everyone that would need them to get the converter box. This is the main reason for wanting the delay.

I was watching lost on the local ABC affiliate channel WFTS and there was a banner going across the bottom of the screen stating that WFTS had reduced their analog signal. They suggested that anyone experiencing problems with snow should purchase an analog to digital converter box. It has begun!
