Finally a significant snow storm for the deprived DC Metro area.
Snow forecasts range from 6" to nearly 12" in some areas around the Mid-Atlantic. Warm sector side looks good for this second wave to produce good totals in the DC region...especially east of the Beltway. Will need to keep and eye on the dry slot, but looks to be more of an issue to the eastern areas of the Carolinas.
I am broadcasting on my website at: http://www.weatherwarrior.net and click on "Weather Warrior TV" link on the right side. Departure for me looks to be around 3pm. You can watch the snow conditions as I experience them and Chat at the same time, with me or others. I will also have updates on my blog throughout the day.
