I never liked "The Search is Over" - I always thought it was too over the top. Scott tends to hold his notes a little too long. He has a nice voice, but I may be biased in my opinion because of the song.

Allison - she has ALWAYS reminded me of Kelly Clarkson. EXCELLENT interpretation of the song!

Holy crap Batman - SIMON gave Adam a standing "O"! I never heard that song before but it gave me chills or Adam gave me chills singing it, I'm not sure. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I liked Matt's jivey take on "Part Time Lover". That was good.

They never ran over before when there were only 3 judges. They're still trying to pack in everything like they used to in the other seasons like the interviews of the contestants, etc., but they don't have the time.

It really is ridiculous. It had only been scheduled for 61 minutes. To run 7 minutes longer is just unacceptable.

AI is a live show, live shows dont go as planned. Get over it! I agree they shouldnt have tried to do 8 in 61 minutes, but it happened, its over, get over it!

I did get to see it on YouTube, but the video has since been removed. It had been up for over 5 hours when I saw it, so I guess people put them up for as long as they can until they get yanked.

There are still videos of that performance popping up on youtube - the members are resilient.

I can understand copyrites but it's not like they are going to bundle the performances and sell them later. This is free advertising for them. Wouldn't you want people to watch a performance and then decide to tune in later? There's plenty of performances from AI, So You Think You Can Dance, etc. that I would love to see over and over again and I'm sure that these shows could make a pretty penny selling them.
