Neutral is the word to describe the ENSO factor this hurricane season from the models as they just came out with an update for july.In other words no el nino means active atlantic season. :o

It looks like the hurricane forecast numbers will be higher that forecasted
as we get into the Cape Verde season. Looks like we also need to keep
an eye on Topical Waves this season. :o
