Invest poll for low at NW Carib/GOM

#1 Postby cycloneye » Sat May 16, 2009 5:55 pm

It looks like a real possibility that the first invest of 2009 will be up soon and that is why I am making this poll to see what all think about when invest will be up at the Navy site.

I say by Sunday afternoon.

Monday night or behond but I think that this one will be either 90L or 91L. Lets see how the non-tropical system in the Atlantic behaves in the next few days.

You make a good point about that other low.

I made a change to take out the number 90L in case the North-Central Atlantic low gets that number.

I dont think this will become an invest since it will be nontropical I believe. It will have to deal with the dying front across FL. If for whatever reason it is named an invest, it could happen monday afternoon.

Already at the mid levels, should slowly work to the surface.
Tonight (sat. night) at the earliest IMO, but latest (for any reason)
by Monday IMO.
