So blowing a kiss to your mom is misbehaving? This administrator should be beaten repeatedly for ruining this kids life.
I kissed my girlfriend after I got my diploma, perhaps I should go to jail for it.

What exactly are the damages?
really isn't this supposed to be be a special day and a celebration for all the hard work?? Seems to me it was ruined. sadgtalum wrote:It would be interesting to see the school's side of this story.
That said, nobody's life is ruined. They didn't actually keep him from graduating, they just kept his diploma during the ceremony.

Don't know but perhaps " (in)voluntary negligence in contributing to bad reputation of school system"?
Here is what a student/parent said:
"But parent Mary Wire told the assembly she believes respect goes both ways. "In fact, my daughter's comments about the days before graduation, the days of rehearsal, she came back saying, 'Mom, what we experience is, if you do this, this is what will happen, if you do this, this is what will happen.' There was no sense of, "What do you guys think? You guys have done this hard work. We're celebrating you. What would you like this graduation to look like?''
