Lol. I dunno if thats the worst thing about summer. Although that is a bummer. I hte it when ts too hot to fish. :(

And it will be from now til about november.

This is one of the funniest, quirkiest threads at S2K.

I like beef stew, roast chicken, etc., etc., and don't always want to heat up the kitchen by roasting something in the oven for 3 hours.

But I wouldn't say it's the worst thing about Summer.

For me personally, the worst thing about Summer is a mix of things - usually humidity first and foremost, once we get into that hot and humid stage here in the Ohio Valley we sometimes go into a draught situation. The air becomes stagnant. Very uncomfortable! We own a boat now so imagine being out on a ski boat all day long, in 95+ wx.........think of me come August. I will longing for SNOW!!! LOL

By the time September and October comes, cooler temps return and I feel more human again.

July and August are really trying months for me. I've decided I could so easily retire north or here and never look back. he he

But beef stew doesn't come to mind.....LOL
