Looks like a trof is moving down to the east coast and going to pick up the Bahama Mama and move her out to sea.

Still too much southwest shear...the area will need to be monitored as an upper anticyclone develops over the area. Development isn't expected attm.

I have seen many a storm develop when there is said to be little or no development. Happens all the time actually

It can happen hurricanedude... I agree. I just don't see anything imminent here yet. It does bear watching, however. :)

Well that has been proven this season already. I have no doubt as to Bahama Mama's development, but I doubt she will hit the east coast right now.

The flow is from the east to west (common movement this time of year) not too far to the east of the Bahama system. As long as the westerly flow continues in the 25ºN to 30ºN latitude, how can this system move out to sea?

The wind shear is higher than "wind shear maps" are indicating?

Also, the convection over the last several days hasn't looked totally broken up consistently.

I mentioned this and posted maps about this, the last few days and there hasn't been any discussion about it.

Bahama system still very dis-organized. Hmm.. Conditions are forecasts to become favorable. I wonder though if there will eb anything at the surface that will make it matter:):). Losing faith in this area:)
