Guyz & Girlz, it's all about the Herbert Hoover Dike(levee)! They have been doing repair work on it to keep it from failing so they drain when they deemed necessary at the expense of us South Floridians!!! Here is the link to my original thread on this matter: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=102720
