I dont think it will reach the EPAC numbers as its way ahead,but if it stays as a 4 or even a 3 for a long time it may get close enough.

That was my problem; 10-min winds everywhere except for the NHC and CPHC. To have an accurate representation of all basins I'd have to convert the IMD, MF, BoM and Nadi to 1 minute winds. Rather than do that, use the 1-min representation of the JTWC.
