And, my friend, as you drop those pounds and inches, you are adding sunrises and sunsets! What price can we place on those.

I'm proud of you too, as you know.

Garrett, you know I'm cheering you on! A few years ago, I lost 50 lbs. by limiting my
portions at meals and eating slower. Instead of eating the way I was brought up to
eat - "are you full?" - I paid more attention and stopped when I realized that I
wasn't hungry any more. Finding that fine line of "not hungry" vs. "full" takes
some time and paying attention, but you eventually find it.

Big 'ole *high five* from breeze, wxbuddy - I'm behind you all the way! :D

That's probably my favorite song of MJ's. :)

Garrett - you have the right attitude. You're doing really well and keep patting yourself on the back. I'm sure you've had some ups and downs - it's not easy to do, like giving up smoking.

Morning all... I have been very busy lately and haven't had a lot of time to post an update but things continue to go well. I am now down three pant sizes and have lost a total 30 pounds on the journey. There haven't been very many rough days but when there are, I remember where I went to be and it helps keep me focused. :D
