WPAC : TROPICAL DEPRESSION 24W
I cant believe this may turn into another threat to the Phillippines.Lets see what happens down the road.This is located SE of Guam.

sheash. this season turned very mad. i never thought that there will be another potential howler after mirinae O_O will this disturbance make it to become another cyclone?

I'm sitting here at the airport in Guam waiting for the hop to Manila. Here is a shot out the window. Definitely looks like a tropical sky out there. This is not the usual Guam Weather.

i think it's gone. outflow from mirinae will hinder its development.

The water temperatures aren't looking very typhoon-friendly, right now, just about everywhere except maybe Southern Philippines and around Guam, Saipan, etc, but wouldn't Mirinae have cooled things down enough to put a damper on conditions?
