WPAC : TROPICAL DEPRESSION 24W

I cant believe this may turn into another threat to the Phillippines.Lets see what happens down the road.This is located SE of Guam.

I was just looking ta that and was like can that be another one. Even if it does go to PI ito wuldnt be that much because the waters have already be churned up by Mirinae..unless if I am wrong. Isn't that how it goes though?

It's located in low to moderate shear environment and has a relatively deep vortex. Let's see how fast it can develop...

sheash. this season turned very mad. i never thought that there will be another potential howler after mirinae O_O will this disturbance make it to become another cyclone?

We need to get through mirinae first before even thinking of this one....we filipinos have the best of luck don't we???

I'm sitting here at the airport in Guam waiting for the hop to Manila. Here is a shot out the window. Definitely looks like a tropical sky out there. This is not the usual Guam Weather.

There is no 96W anymore as NRL took it off.

i think it's gone. outflow from mirinae will hinder its development.

So that's why I could barely see it this morning on sat loops. It's almost virtually gone. Thanks guys!

It looks like it is picking up near Guam again or because the cancelled 96 if it does come another Invest will it have a new number?

The water temperatures aren't looking very typhoon-friendly, right now, just about everywhere except maybe Southern Philippines and around Guam, Saipan, etc, but wouldn't Mirinae have cooled things down enough to put a damper on conditions?
