Just a little wave on the front across the NW Gulf. Southwesterly upper-level winds along the front are in the 60-100 kt range over the storms. It could develop into a weak low off the Carolinas in a few days, but that's about it. The 2009 hurricane season is over for the Gulf, tropical or subtropical.

The last 3 out 4 snows has resulted in a landfalling storm along the NGOM Elena 85,Opal 95 and Katrina 05 in 74 or 75 it snowed real good nothing the following season.First time I noticed it was on all 5's in ten year intervals???We have discussed this before I think just a pattern more of steering currents for the following season maybe?
