Woman abandoned in Fairfax as a baby finds her rescuers

This is another touching story, a 12 hour old baby gets abandoned and is found by two teenagers. The teenagers turn her over to authorities, who then adopt the baby out. 20 years later, the baby (who is now all grown up, and in college) finds her rescuers and thanks them
