Without saying numbers what I can only say for now before our official storm2k poll starts is that it will be more active than the 2009 season.

In march we will have a better idea of how fast El Niño will fade, and that's an important factor but I agree with cycloneye that this season may be more active than 2009.

Very hard to say right now. It all depends on what El Nino is expected to do. It could be anything from fairly active to insanely inactive.
