The MJO factor is really got into that basin as activity has picked up after a lull there but will there is going to be a hurricane forming from these systems because so far no canes haved formed in the EPAC.By the way the MJO is going to spread into the atlantic starting next week and by then we will see the lull go away in the basin.

For those who may not know what the MJO factor is and what it does here is a good link that explains it.
