I still like this season but it's also the worst one I've ever seen. It's been so boring at times and the subplot with Dana/Cole has been killing the show. The ratings are down so I've actually seen this coming for a few weeks now.

I agree with the Dana/Cole subplot as being annoying. This 24 has been slow at times. I am sure it will get better.

It has to get better. I was somewhat distracted during the last show, but didn't I see something that made it look like the subplot was far from over? Maybe that will become less annoying and more interesting now.

I would be shocked to see NBC pick it up. The show will be 9 seasons old next year, that's OLD and it's hugely expensive, I don't get why NBC would want it.

Getting more interesting this evening, but still that annoying sub-plot with no resolution. Either Dana has to go or the PO has to go. Was he taken out by the EMP? NM, the teaser for next week took care of that idea.

It's about time it got interesting. The season is half over.
I am still incredibly annoyed with this stupid Dana plot.

I've always figured we'd see a mole in CTU. But, I just did not see this one coming at all. I had a feeling that her story would turn out to be more than an annoying side story, but...??? Call me naive or whatever.

LOL
I know, the idea of a mole is tired, I was just shocked it was Dana. Reminscent of Nina being in the mole in Season 1.

I accidentally saw a set photo of Jack chasing Dana with a gun. I guess I knew something was up.

A mole in CTU... while it's been used before, it makes sense. It wouldn't be realistic without government corruption.
I just watched last night. I wasn't expecting that ending. Like I said on the previous page, the subplot always ties into the story somehow, but I didn't think Dana was a mole.

LOS ANGELES — The drama "24" won't be ticking much longer on TV. Fox announced Friday that its action-packed real-time show starring Kiefer Sutherland as anti-terrorism agent Jack Bauer will wind down at the end of its current eighth season on May 24.
Sutherland said in a statement that the show's cast and crew "always wanted '24' to finish on a high note, so the decision to make the eighth season our last was one we all agreed upon." He also said he was looking forward to creating a film version of "24."
