Question about EPAC seasons without hurricanes in past years

Stormsfury,Perry or anyone who has the stats for the EPAC how many times (I dont think many) that a whole season there went from start to finish without having a hurricane?

At least one hurricane has been observed since EPAC records have been kept ... the least number of hurricanes is one occurring in 1965.
