While MSRobi911 hadn't been on the board in the past few months, her sudden death has deeply affected many of us. She'd been a member since 2003 and spent a lot of time in the chatroom as well. That's where I, and many others, got to know her so well. She was always so full of life and such a joy to be around. She was nice and/or sassy
to everyone and she was loved by all.She lost her home in Katrina, right down to the slab, and had a difficult time fighting the insurance company in the years following. Throughout it all, she never lost her spirit and had an amazing outlook on life. She never ceased to make people laugh.
Mary adored her husband and two kids, and talked about them often. Her daughter stated on FB that she was lucky to have her mother and best friend in one person.
Mary had a nickname in chat... Flygirl. We often called her Fly for short and she loved her nickname. She was a great friend to me and I am fortunate to have had her in my life, even if only for 7 short years. I miss her dearly.
