#1 Postby southerngale » Thu Jun 03, 2010 5:30 pm

I didn't think this sort of thing happened in Beaumont.

I haven't watched them yet, but he has others.

Thanks for the av, Frick. Image

Apparently, his video has been spreading around like wildfire the past few days. He's been mentioned in a bunch of articles, was on AOL Homepage, Ryan Seacrest posted the video on his FB wall, it's featured on YouTube's homepage under the "Most Popular" category, he was on Fox News yesterday, etc.

Here's another one (the same guy) remixing pants on the ground.

This guy is hilarious! I wish I worked at that station!

It would be better if 70% of it wasn't about how great the station is.

I guess that's kind of a rap thing though LOL.

Fox 4 Beaumont morning meteorologist Nick Kosir aka "The Rapping Weatherman" wrote:
whats todays forecast? will it be nice?
um yeah like it'll be alright
we'll see highs in the upper 80s
and with that humidity it'll be hotter than hades

will it be sunny or will we see rain?
well it looks like Mother Nature's gonna be a pain
there's a slight chance for rain all over this map
from Lake Charles on over to Anahuac
then into Winnie
up to DeQuincy
back to Jasper and down to Bridge City

there's a 20% chance for light rain showers
but it's all good because we like may flowers

and it'll be partly cloudy but one thing is clear,
Fox 4 Good Day kicks derriere!

The awesome thing is that's really all you can ever say about the weather here in the summer. "Yeah it'll be alright...there's a slight chance for showers"...everything else is just time-filler LOL

We should have figured he wouldn't stay long in a small gig like Beaumont after hitting it big on the Internet. :(

I am not a meteorologist, and any posts made by me are not official forecasts or to be interpreted as being intelligent. These posts are just my opinions and are probably silly opinions.
