Yesterday morning we had quite the spectacle roll through the area that prompted numerous residents to become weather photographers (myself included). Little did we know... we were documenting what is apparently a new type of cloud. Check out the link for more information:

I think I've actually seen clouds like that before in Va/Nc...but they very, very rarely happen and don't tend to stick around too long.
