TO NEAR 11.5 FEET TONIGHT. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY LATE

AT 14.99 FEET. THE FLOOD STAGE AT MAN IS 15 FEET. THE RIVER
CRESTED AT 16.6 FEET AT AROUND 330 AM EARLY THIS MORNING...AND WAS
JUST FALLING BELOW FLOOD STAGE. THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
TO RECEDE THIS MORNING...BUT BACK WATER ISSUES WILL CONTINUE UNTIL
