CREST NEAR 20.4 FEET EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THE SALT FORK
ARKANSAS RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE LATE WEDNESDAY EVENING.
* IMPACT...AT 20 FEET...FLOOD DEPTHS RANGING UP TO ABOUT 3 FEET MOVE
FROM EASTERN GRANT COUNTY...ACROSS KAY COUNTY...TO THE CONFLUENCE
