* AT 8:15 AM TUESDAY THE STAGE WAS 2.1 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 8.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 9 FEET BY THIS AFTERNOON OR EVENING. THE
RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY TONIGHT.
* IMPACT...AT 10.0 FEET...THE RIVER IS 2 FEET ABOVE FLOOD STAGE.
MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING OCCURS ALONG THE NORTH BANK. CATTLE AND
