* AT 6:15 AM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS 17.1 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 14.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO HAVE A MAXIMUM VALUE OF 18.1 FEET THIS
AFTERNOON.
* AT 18.0 FEET...STATE HIGHWAY 275 MUST BE CLOSED WITH THE LEVEE GATE. WINSLOW
JUST DOWNSTREAM IS SEVERELY THREATENED AND SANDBAGGING IS NEEDED.
