Invest 91L, continues to move W towards the Bahamas. Will it develop like the models are suggesting? A low level circulation center(surface low)has formed near 23.2N, 71.0W. Is this the beginning of TD#8? Recon may tell us later today.

Invest 91L, continues to move W towards the S tip of Florida. Will it develop like the models are suggesting? Is it going to make it to TD#8 today? More than likely it will become a TD later today as it moves into the GOM.
