SOUTHEASTERN MOODY COUNTIES UNTIL 700 PM CDT...

AT 436 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLING IN A SHORT
TIME OVER THE WARNED AREA. THESE HEAVY RAINS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF
TIME HAVE CAUSED STREET FLOODING...AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS.
AT 415 PM CDT...STREET FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER PORTIONS OF SIOUX
FALLS. HIGH WATER WILL SLOWLY ABATE OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

TO BE UNDER WATER NEAR OKOBOJI. THE HEAVIEST PART OF THE RAINFALL IS
BEGINNING TO EXIT THE AREA HOWEVER.
