CONTINUING TO COVER THE LOWER ATCHAFALAYA BASIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
UP TO 7 INCHES HAVE BEEN MEASURED SINCE MIDNIGHT WITH THIS
PERSISTENT RAIN SHIELD...WHICH HAS LED TO NUMEROUS REPORTS OF
FLOODING WITHIN THE WARNING AREA. UPSTREAM HEAVIER SHOWERS AND
