* AT 713 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS. GIVEN

* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY SATURDAY EVENING.
