Wave emerging off African coast

Not Ivanhaters wave but the wave currently emerging. :)

This wave off the coast, Ivans on the far right.

:cheesy: poof-test was a :spam: Yeah Tropics Guy but these poofers continue to moistened up the environnement in vicinity of the CV islands, the another one on Africa could have better chances to maintain it convection but we're far away from that, let's wait and see.

The dead in the tropics continue. Another SAL surge is coming down from Africa as well. There are no signs that the tropics are going to become active anytime soon.

by the middle of August things SHOULD pick up, but we will see...Too early to call how active the year will be yet.

Well I'm still banking on a very active late season (Mid August-Early November). I think La Ninas are known for many September and October storms and the SST's should still be at September levels even in mid October so even a major hurricane or two is possible in October. I also believe the east coast is going to see a hurricane hit (north of Florida) this year. I believe La Ninas mean more east coast landfalls.
