I'm getting 958 feet for their operational altitude - that sounds too low, so perhaps my math is off (lol) or have left out an additional factor or two...

About right. They are flying at around 300 meters.

Already showing TS force SFMR winds. Pretty sure it is Tropical Storm Bonnie now.

90% for a low-level flight. Need 38 kt to support a tropical storm based on FL winds (should be easy IMO, SFMR is already there).

The "heading" column is my own creation and not part of the HDOB but derived from the coordinates and is a rough estimate. FL SFC is also not part of the HDOB, but is derived from FL. Max, min, and average are added for convenience.
