THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING FROM A
THUNDERSTORM OVER THE AREA TO THE WEST OF US6 IN EMERY COUNTY. THE
AREA IS JUST SOUTH OF THE TOWN OF WELLINGTON. THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY HAS PRODUCED OVER AN INCH OF RAINFALL SINCE 130 PM.
