A slight unpoofing might have occurred, but overall the Atlantic basin poofage is quite substantial compared to the slight unpoofage which has occurred recently.....

00 Canadian develops this wave and moves it toward the Lesser Antilles. Lets see if other models latch on in the next 24-48 hours.

Probably will be 94L soon BUT its goingto struggle in the short term because of any development of 93L is going to induce shear on this wave.

If 93L doesn't form then I think this one has a shot. Will probably track west of 93L.

Well this is the only game is town. There's nothing else out there except a failing 92L, a dismantled Colin. 93L will be going well out to sea into the SAL, not much going on for that one either. I don't think this one will develop either, but it's something.

Hi all tropical weather fan!!
My name is Israel and I am from Puerto Rico a caribbean island.
My current location is
18 22'51.44'' N
67 11'10.14'' W
I have seen a couple of tropical systems the strongest one been goerges 1998 a low cat 3.
I have been following storm2k.org for a wild and today became a member.
Love to reed from the Met experts.
If something forms from this disturbance or other ones and pass near my coordinates I will help any way I can even livestrem "I hope".

Hope for a safe but interesting Hurricane season and keep storm2k going ;) cheers!!!!

This wave might be moving much more westward than 93L was...

August 7th....Only 8 more days until the Active Swtich turns on..... :wink:

93L probably will develop and if it does your going to start seeing the outflow shear this current wave sooner or later. Its a nice wave for now and you can't rule it out, esp further west but I'm not thinking development is too likely any time soon...though it probably will be 94L fairly soon IMO.

This storm is pickin up some serious steam. The latest java loop, zoomed in mind you, looks really good. It looks to be developing quite well. Someone(promet i think) mentioned that if 93L got out of the way and fishtailed it north, this one could get an anticyclone developing overhead in wake of the low pressure exiting....Check it out and see if you agree....

This is my opinion, and it is not endorsed by anyone--and I like it. :flag:
