WAPELLO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA...

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 452 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH INTENSE RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING OVER 2 INCHES
OF RAIN IN AN HOUR.

* FLASH FLOODING IS MOST LIKELY IN CITIES AND TOWNS IN THE WARNED
AREA...BUT IS ALSO POSSIBLE IN RURAL AREAS TOO. SOME LOCATIONS
