I just got a feeling this one could be a US East Coast threat, nothing so scientific just something that is over due IMO!

The wave is now completly on the West Africa image. The circulation is still around 10N and has reached the Prime Meridian.

Is very early to say if it approaches the Caribbean. The models so far have indicated that it would track away from that area. The best thing to do at this point is to watch what occurs as the wave energes Africa and start to track thru the Atlantic Ocean.

at 102hr its consolidates a tad more north....nice high above so it will go west in the short-med term I would guess....

156hr moving west.....developing at a rapid rate...the GFS is really amped about this guy...
