The 5:45AM CDT update is located at http://storm2k.org/Weather-Central/Trop ... ropics.htm with an associated map(may be old map since I had uploading probs).
Tropical storm Erika is steaming W across the central GOM. Follow her progress and any changes here. Strengthening should begin this morning with Erika probably reaching CAT1 Hurricane status prior to landfall in S TX Saturday morning.
