Anyone open to a bit of grilling about your on-air procedures?

I've got a few questions and comments, but I gotta warn you, they may not be too favorable. Our local TV news weather segment is so bad it's virtually unwatchable and I have to watch other stations.

We have several OCMs here at S2K. I don't think I have ever seen them posting in the OT thread though.
