If both become TS's at the same advisory, I believe whichever was a TD first gets Julia and the other gets Karl.

I think the rules state that it depends on proximity to land. So the one closer to land would get the first letter ("J" for Julia) and the one further from land would get the second ("K" for Karl).

But both are very near land and would require watches and/or warnings (how odd, eh?). When I voted for 93L yesterday, it was like 13 or 14 votes that 92L would make it, and I was the 5th vote for 93L...how quickly things change in the voting world!
