Quick Map Update

psu back up ATTM so NOGAPS and UKie (0Z) are added on Wave 1.

Wave 2 is 12Z GFS.

Looks like they're sticking to a weakness in the ridge. We'll have to see if that verifies. Could be a couple of fish :-)

I think both of them may be fish storms...the only land that could be affected are the islands...

The first one doesn't indicate "fish" to me quite yet.

Why would you assume a track that far south, then ending would be a "fish"? I by no means am thinking 100% that this first wave isn't going to turn north. Making points I would think are well taken.

You wouldn't think it would go north, 'specially at that latitude and strength (I'm assuming its still fairly weak). Don't fall into the trap of models for path yet. Recognition yes; path not yet. Cheers!!

IMHO its waaaaaaaay too early to peg either wave as a fish storm.....I'm just going to watch and wait :wink:
