Well, with most of the convection sliding to the north and mostly staying offshore, hopefully you've been able to enjoy most of today.jasons wrote:Good morning! We did manage to get some swim time in yesterday with a few peeks of sun. The rain moved-in again and the beach quickly cleared. We watched the dark line to our north slowly work its way south. Just inland, they had some flooding here in Manatee county.
It looks like by Saturday it will finally be back to normal again. Maybe the drive back to the airport will be nice

When we looked at the pictures through the week, it's interesting to see the waves get progressively calmer. Today, I when I woke-up, I walked along the beach and the water was calm, beautiful and still.
Back to the TX thread for me - it was 96F when we landed back in Houston.
