DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE VICINITY OF THE
WINDWARD ISLANDS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE. ENVIRONMENTAL
CONDITIONS APPEAR CONDUCIVE FOR SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT DURING THE
NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH. THERE IS
A LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL
CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

I hate seeing that. I also dont like the lack of flip flopping with the models. And the fact is we are more than likely to have a cane in the gulf, in less then 250hrs...

Whats very concerning is how displaced the ridge is over the atlantic...troughiness along the east coast so if we extended this run further it would probably starting vering to the NE or towards the west coast of FL or the big bend region....

I miss 2009! It is nearly Oct. and trends are towards the SE. Im not saying Mexico/Tex are clear, but its looking less likely.
