DEEP SOUTH TEXAS FORECAST DISCUSSION
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BROWNSVILLE TX
330 AM CDT TUE AUG 19 2003
.TROPICS...NHC CONTINUES TO MONITOR A TROPICAL WAVE 950 MILES EAST OF THE LESSER ANTILLES FOR POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. GFS MOVES THIS FEATURE INTO THE WESTERN CARIB BY SAT NIGHT AS AN OPEN WAVE POSSIBLY AFFECTING THE GULF OF MEX NEXT WEEK.
