At H-48 it closes off a low in the eastern carribean. Per brownsville,Tx discussion this may very well be a GOM storm.

ETAX has this system moving through the NW Caribbean and just South of Cuba heading for the Gulf in 168 Hrs. Though why do I get the feeling the scatter among the models will be very high the next fewl days:):)
