GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 85 STATUTE
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 60 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF

* AT 607 PM AST...THE RIO GUANAJIBO NEAR HORMIGUEROS CONTINUED TO
SLOWLY RISE AS RUNOFF FROM THIS AFTERNOONS RAINFALL CONTINUED TO
WORK ITS WAY DOWNSTREAM. WITH ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
EXPECTED TO IMPACT THIS AREA THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS...THE RIO
GUANAJIBO IS NOT EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BEFORE AT LEAST
630 AM AST FRIDAY MORNING.
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
