Chris,there are no Vortex Messages in the NOAA mission because they fly more high?

By the way, I can stop posting obs as plane from NOAA is ascending, isn't it?

Yes,you can stop as the NOAA mission is over as plane is going to St Croix.

They are flying at 25,000 feet south of Puerto Rico.Here is the decoded ob 03.

Sorry, the post was unclear. I meant when they descend will they be flying inside Tomas lower than Kermit?

Sounds like we now have near constant recon, probably a good idea given its getting closer to the islands now...
