Man Sues Parents Of Boy He Hit, Killed With Car

David Weaving is suing the family of Matthew Kenney, who died in 2007. Weaving is in prison for the crime and is suing because of emotional distress. Weaving is nuts. :grr:

There is a way to end emotional distress in this case, death penalty. Some people are nuts.

I hope the judge who gets this case is smart enough to throw this frivolous lawsuit out the window and that Wearing will have to pay the court costs & attorney fees for the Kenneys.

It is unfortunate that the court can't choose initially when something like this is filed to not accept it. The *&$%^#@ who filed this is a *&^%^%$##$% and all he is doing is causing that poor family more emotional distress. People like him need to stay locked up for many long years!!! Hey, I'm trying to be nice here. Don't want to have to ban myself.

Can they counter-sue him for emotional distress?

Maybe in lieu of cash they can mortgage his independence away to a fellow prisoner of their choice, if he doesn't have the money.

Nonsense lawsuits like this should be a felony.

I don't know how on earth someone could be so horrid. The lawyer who represents him better not take any cheap shots...and I don't say this all that much, but I hope this "emotionally" distressed man rots in hell. I can't even think that anyone would be so low as to sue for that bs. Hope his jail mates hear about this case and make his stay VERY long.

Does Weaving really think that a helmet would’ve made a difference? He was driving at 84 mph for crying out loud!

I agree fully. If they were maybe shyster lawyers would think twice before taking on clients such as this.

No they shouldn't.

In the meantime this case will be thrown out.
