((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))

Wow have I missed you all!

Im in the UK for at least another 5-6 years ... I think! Never know when I get itchy feet and have to move to the other side of the planet.

Hopefully I will actually be sticking around this time. Lets just say the internet is a permenant fixture here in comparison to deep dark Africa

Yup, getting the winter woolies out for sure VB. The weather here is a maritime climate so it tends to be rather boring. Not many storms to get excited about either. I have had to learn the synoptics that crop up here and the only really interesting time is winter when we get some snow or ice. Not to exciting, but enough to keep me interested and feed the model watching need. lol

why hulloo to you, you globe trotter, you. I remember that you sadly had to leave the US and then went to S. Africa, and then went to merrie old england because SA was out of control. At least there's lots of english speaking countries to bounce to. How long has it been? 3, 4years? Seems like an eternity in internet land. Well anyway, welcome back Bron. Seems like the good old days, although I keep telling people that today will be the good old days for someone!

Hey Ed (and all my other lovely friends),

I have been out of the USA for nearly 5 and a half years... can you believe it. I must say, I miss the States more than any other country I have lived in. Just have to wait for my daughter to turn 21 so I can come back! lol, not tooo long to wait, she is 6 now.

:flag: I still consider the USA my home and miss it more than my place of birth. I dont think I would ever move back to South Africa, well not willingly anyway. My mom and my mom in law both passed away within 6 months of each other a year ago, so it really is only my dad that I go back to visit. I would love to bring him across to live with me, but he really is an old fart and rather set in his ways. I think I would have to drag him kicking and screaming.

Who knows maybe the US will have a change in immigration policy... but Im not holding my breath.
